Certified List of CandidatesThe following names are candidates who have filed a Declaration of Candidacy with the Oquirrh Recreation and Parks District for Board of Trustees. There are two, four-year term, positions available.
Board MeetingsThe Board generally meets on the third Wednesday of each month at 7:00 PM in the Element Event Center. Board meeting agendas are posted in advance on the Fitness Center bulletin board at the entrance. You are invited to attend all board meetings. KOPFC Board MembersThe Kearns Oquirrh Park Fitness Center is governed by a Board of Trustees elected by residents of the Oquirrh Recreation and Parks District. The Board is comprised of 3 members who are responsible for setting goals, budgets, policy and procedures.
District TransparencyOur district is dedicated to operating in a transparent manner, and posts relevant financial and operational documents to our site as they become available.
Fraud ReportingOquirrh Recreation and Parks District encourages its citizens, employees, and vendors/contractors, to report improper governmental activities to KOPFC Management, members of the Board of Trustees or to the Utah State Auditor’s Office.
